Elder Care Consultants of South Florida, LLC, a
geriatric care consulting service offering geriatric
care management to long distance families and older
adults in Palm Beach County, Florida. We are an RN and a
Gerontologist who, with our team of Elder Care
Professionals, can provide medical coordination and
psychosocial services, as well as guidance and support to
our families.
We have
over 25 years of experience and are members of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the National
Academy of Certified Care Managers. We offer affordable,
professional care management, and the highest quality of
enhanced companionship
Our
mission is to support and embrace the independence and wellness of older adults through
social interaction and activities. We provide special
friends, companions who are interactive, educated,
and enthusiastic active adults, who enjoy working with the
older population. Many of our friends are retired
themselves and enjoy the stimulation of
multi-generational relationships. They have had
interesting and diversified lives, and most are well read
and have traveled extensively. They understand the
limitations of aging and are determined to make a
difference in the lives of older adults. All friends are
trained to work with those with early memory loss and are
understanding, intuitive, compassionate, and flexible. |
